1. General Program Overview
1.1. Purpose: This program aims to provide quality education at Fatima Public School (FPS) to selected students who meet the required criteria, specifically those demonstrating academic merit, financial need, or both, as determined solely by the FPS Management.
1.2. Nature of Free Study: The "Free Study" benefit exclusively covers the Tution Fee for the academic year(s) specified in the student’s award letter.
1.3. Exclusions: The Free Study benefit does not cover the following charges, which remain the responsibility of the student's Parent/Guardian:
* Admission/Registration Fee (if applicable)
* Examination Fees (Internal and Board/External)
* Annual/Miscellaneous Charges
* Uniform, Books, and Stationery
* Transportation Charges
* Any charges for optional activities or field trips.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1. Application: The Parent/Guardian must submit a complete and truthful application for the Free Study Program by the deadline specified by FPS, along with all supporting documentation (e.g., income statements, previous academic records).
2.2. Selection Criteria: Selection is strictly based on the criteria established by FPS Management, which may include academic performance, an admission test/interview, verification of financial need, and an exemplary disciplinary record.
2.3. Award Duration: The Free Study award is typically granted for one academic year and is subject to annual review and renewal based on the terms outlined in Section 4.
2.4. Quota: The number of Free Study positions is limited and determined annually by the FPS Management. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee selection.
3. Parent/Guardian & Student Obligations
3.1. Academic Performance: The student must maintain a minimum academic standard, typically defined as a [Specify Minimum Percentage/Grade, e.g., 70%] aggregate score in all term and final examinations. Failure to meet this standard may lead to a review and potential withdrawal of the Free Study benefit.

4. Renewal, Suspension, and Withdrawal
4.1. Renewal: Continuation of the Free Study award for the subsequent academic year is not automatic and is contingent upon:
* Meeting the required academic performance (Section 3.1).
* Maintaining an excellent disciplinary record (Section 3.3).
* Successful re-verification of financial need (if applicable).
4.2. Suspension: The school reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Free Study benefit if the student fails to meet any of the obligations in Section 3 for a defined period, during which the Parent/Guardian will be responsible for the full tuition fee.
4.3. Withdrawal: The Free Study benefit may be permanently withdrawn immediately under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
* Failure to meet the minimum renewal criteria in two consecutive terms/years.
* Discovery of false, incomplete, or misleading information in the original application.
* Expulsion of the student from the school for disciplinary reasons.
* A significant and verifiable improvement in the Parent/Guardian's financial status.
5. Amendments and Jurisdiction
5.1. Policy Changes: FPS Management reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Parent/Guardian through the school's official channels.
5.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through an appeal to the FPS Principal/Management.
